The development group consists of about 10 girls from those who are not quite ready for competition, but who warrant a higher level of training.
The 2003/04 season will see the first Brighton & Hove Girls Centre of Excellence U10 squad. This squad will probably start as a training group only at the begining but with the possibility of getting other Centres competitions later in the season.
