Reclaimed or Recycled Wood

Reclaimed, or recycled, wood is yet another wood flooring option. Most of this wood is oak, pine, pitch pine or maple, and can be obtained in various widths, thicknesses, colours and condition.

Flooring made from reclaimed wood has the natural beauty of knots, flags, worm holes, colour variations and other character markings, from years of ageing. All reclaimed floors will need to be sanded, this is because reclaimed wood varies in thickness.
